Introduction to the problem
Our organisation is rapidly evolving. We have already implemented a new Warehouse Management system and are also busy storming a niche market where we are also implementing some new customers. These moves bring a lot of changes that require revising certain procedures. These include the drafting and professionalisation of work instructions.
The assignment
To map and record administrative practices and procedures within the Supply Chain Solutions department.
The desired outcome at the end of the assignment:
Complete description of processes and associated work instructions in a centralised manual.
