About the job
As an Office Employee, you are responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain processes within Drake & Farrell. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall logistics activities.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team, including handling correspondence, managing files, and maintaining records.
• Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and manage data related to inventory, shipments, and orders in the supply chain management system.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Order Processing: Support processing purchase and sales orders, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute reports related to inventory, order status, and other supply chain metrics as the management team requires.
• Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve inquiries from internal and external customers related to supply chain activities.

What do you bring?

  • Minimum MBO working and thinking level, with completed education in the administrative field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and other applications. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is a plus.
