Last week, classification company Lloyd’s Register Group renewed the certification of Drake & Farrell’s integrated quality management system. Drake & Farrell continues to meet the international quality standard ISO 9001: 2015.
As part of the certification process, all Drake & Farrell activities have been thoroughly reviewed by an independent external auditor. Particular attention was paid to quality-related criteria such as customer satisfaction and structured business processes.
