At Drake & Farrell we recently started a live pilot of a field engineer app that we designed ourselves, where 50 KPN technicians participate. They use the app to register used items and returns.
In the app, technicians can also find colleagues in their area to request inventory and help customers. Consumed items are replenished from D&F and delivered at night to the technicians buses by our transport partner. D&F also processes the returns.
