What will you do?
As IT support employee, you are the first point of contact for all our employees, and you support our core processes!

For new employees, you set up the workplace and provide user instructions. You are responsible for a flawless start. You also manage the workstations, ensure timely ordering of equipment and arrange the delivery and return of IT equipment. You know everything about peripherals, software, user rights, connection to the company network and (mobile) telephony. Besides the office workstations, you also support the test lines and support the logistics processes in the warehouse.

Our employees can always come to you with various IT questions and you solve them as quickly as possible, initially independently. You are a real all-rounder and critical link in the IT Team. In addition, you have the following core tasks and responsibilities;

• Actively update the internal knowledge database, CMDB;
• Identifying regularly recurring problems;
• Monitoring correct use of all equipment;
• You keep an overview of all requests and escalate when they remain open for too long.

In short, a very varied IT position where, together with your colleagues, you ensure the best technical support within our organisation.

Will you be our new IT Support employee? Then we offer you a position for 32-40 hours. You will receive a good salary, of up to €3000 per month based on a 40-hour working week. You will also receive a travel allowance and we have a good pension scheme. You can count on 8% holiday allowance and 25 holidays (based on 40 hours).
