What will you do?
The Customer Service Representative is the point of contact for our customers. During every moment of contact with the customer, you are working as a Customer Service Employee/Front Office Employee to provide a high level of service in a professional manner.
You are part of a team of supply chain specialists. For various customers, the Customer Service Employee is in close contact with various customers and functional partners to provide excellent service to customers, where flexibility, quality and especially spontaneity are essential pillars.
You work intensively with colleagues in the operation so that customer satisfaction is improved and guaranteed. Customer interests are paramount and are leading in daily activities such as purchasing, planning, sales, stock, transport and invoicing.
In addition, you have the following core tasks and responsibilities:
- You are the contact person for the customer and the various internal departments.
- You communicate clearly with customers and ensure accurate coordination internally and externally with regard to agreements with customers about planning, transport, deliveries, production, purchasing (materials) and other relevant matters.
- You ensure good and timely follow-up of customer questions.
- You identify sales
- You monitor the planning of deliveries from suppliers and customers and ensure adequate follow-up in the event of complaints or deviations.
- You ensure accurate registration of purchase and sales orders in the ERP system Dynamics 365 and check the accuracy of incoming invoices.
- You proactively contribute improvements to optimize the work process and increase quality within the team.

- Knowledge and experience in a logistics and/or production environment
- You have excellent communication skills
- You enjoy maintaining contact with relations from various internal and external parties
- You work accurately and take responsibility for your output
- You enjoy working independently, you like to tackle things and find solutions
- You can work well together and help your colleagues where necessary
- You do not lose your balance in unexpected situations and can set priorities well
- You have an eye for detail, but do not lose the overview
- You have an affinity with ERP systems
- You have a good knowledge of English and Dutch, both spoken and written. You will have contact with international customers and colleagues.
